What is the warranty period for simplehuman products?
We use the best materials and solid engineering so our products will last for years. Our warranty periods vary by product category, ranging from 2 years for sensor pumps to 10 years for our high-end trash cans.
How do I find the correct liner for my trash can?
Each simplehuman trash can has a unique letter code (A through V) located on the inside of the lid or on the packaging. Simply match this letter to the corresponding letter on our custom fit liner packs for a perfect, no-slip fit.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 45-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to receive a full refund.
How do I troubleshoot my sensor mirror or sensor pump?
Most sensor issues can be resolved by cleaning the sensor lens with a soft cloth or ensuring the device is fully charged. If the unit remains unresponsive, please refer to our online support guides or contact customer service for a potential warranty replacement.
